This can be for kicks, for giggles, for fun- but we encourage it to be for heathy-eating. It's been proven (I think)- if you write down everything you eat it will keep you mindful of what you eat.
Three Rules: 1: This is not the place to brag about your weight or endanger yourself. You will be kicked off if you are starving yourself. 2: If you join, you post everything you eat, because otherwise the point is lost. Drinks and candy counts. Sugarfree gum does not. 3: No being mean; be supportive! Yay!
