i've been so bad abour updating! i guess that's what you get with the weekend. anywho, for monday, this is what i ate:

trix cereal w/non fat milk
pad thai
2 bananas
36oz of water

i'm hoping to work out at least 4 days this week!

a small bowl of fat free frozen yogurt with a bit of cereal and coconut.

bowl of rice crispies w/banana
2 bowls of chicken noodle soup (the good stuff with all the vegetables)
papaya-mixed fruit yogurt smoothie
apple crisp dessert
15 saltine crackers
24oz water...?

i didn't work out yesterday, but my arms needed the rest. i noticed that when i'm not as active, i don't drink as much water.

Sweet and sour chicken
Fried rice
1/2-2/3 pint of mint chocolate chip ice cream
½ an airhead

Breakfast: Power bar
Lunch: almond chicken, fried rice, two cups of tea
Snack: Scooby Doo mystery flavor airhead and some red licorice (sp?)
Dinner: blah. Chai, shared a giant cookie three ways

Oh, also I had a can of "Whoop Ass" by Jones right after work. It's the best tasting energy drink... I think it tastes like Flinstones chewable vitamins. Remember those? Anyhow, V-8 is my new love me thinks.

Breakfast: A glass of orange juice around 7 am.

Lunch: Milk, honey toast, then later a turkey sandwich

Dinner: 6 inch veggie sub at Subway and some chocolate for dessert

8oz non-fat milk
20-30 peanuts (from the shell)

i think since my burrito was so large that it didn't make me very hungry for dinner.

vegan burrito (rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, pico de gallo)

and i worked out this morning for an hour!
